Initial Ayurvedic consultation
An Initial Ayurvedic Consultation ($125) will last approximately 90 minutes. Health evaluation forms will be sent to you prior to the session and will need to be returned at least 48 hours prior to the consultation. The consultation will review past health history, current conditions and symptoms, medication history and diet and exercise habits to establish a wellness protocol that puts you in control of your own health and well-being.
Follow-up consultations ($75) are 45-60 minutes, and are an essential part of the health plan. They give us the chance to review your program and make any necessary adjustments based on your body's response. Our bodies are constantly changing in response to our diet, lifestyle and environment, and what is helpful at one stage in your health journey may be slightly- or substantially- different from that at another. An awareness of trends in your doshic fluctuations over time, and knowledge of ways that can effectively bring the doshas back into balance in your own system can empower you to prevent these from causing greater health concerns over time.
It is recommended that you schedule your first follow-up within 4 weeks of your initial visit.
Herbal products can be purchased at the time of visit or by phone/email anytime. Herbal supplement reorders do not always require a follow-up visit. If the desired formula is not available in house, we will let you know of other sources where you can obtain it.
You will not be advised to stop taking any medications prescribed by your medical doctor. Healing modalities will take current medication regimens into account.
